Can't tell. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (kanji) is script because of the thin and thick lines and the curves at the end of the characters. The katakana at the bottom seems to be in a sans serif because it is very "blocky" and have equal thickness in each character.
But k-kouhai, if you look very closely at the characters you'll notice that there is a slight mark added to each of the characters that matches with italicized oldstyle typeface rather than script.
